[They’re a bit too similar for Markus to not read that as what it actually means — that even if it’s not fine, Noctis is setting it aside for now. Focusing on other matters, potentially lost in his own head.

He won’t forcibly try to pry his thoughts from him. He may try to encourage him to talk, but that’s the extent of it for now.

But regarding his health? Markus can’t erase his inherent caretaker tendencies; humans bodies are fragile, and this is an unchanging truth no matter how stubborn one might be.]
